Challenge

Physical Therapy Sports Medicine Clinics (PTSMC) needed to outfit their therapists and staff in 29 locations with high-quality products suitable for an active work environment, available at different price points and in male and female styles. They also wanted to offer options to be worn outside the clinics to build brand awareness in their communities. Product ordering had to be easy and efficient for employees to get what they needed.

Solution

Our team presented generic and name brand products including The North Face, Nike, Adidas and Eddie Bauer, with a focus on options for both in and outside the clinic to give the brand the most potential for exposure. We launched an online store, with coupon codes allowing employees to defer payment and have the cost deducted from their paychecks, and free bulk shipping to each clinic location.

Results

PTSMC now offers all their employees PTSMC-branded products, without having to handle order management, payment collection, inventory, distribution and returns/exchanges. Products are updated seasonally to keep things fresh and exciting. Our coupon codes have led to increased sales and more branded apparel being worn in the community.
